Ms. Lassiter is a Franklin County native and a product of Franklin County Schools; Louisburg Elementary, Terrell Lane Middle and graduating from Louisburg High School in 1998. Afterwards she graduated from Elizabeth City State University earning a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Since then she has been part of Franklin County School District for the past 9 years, and currently serving as an English Teacher at Franklin County Early College for the past 5 years. She has a passion for writing and exploration of great novels. She loves teaching young minds and motivating them to become accountable and independent thinkers.
